YHWH reigneth; He is clothed in majesty; YHWH is clothed, He hath girded Himself with strength; yea, the world is established, that it cannot be moved.

The Lord reigns; he has clothed himself with honour: the Lord has clothed and girded himself with strength; for he has established the world, which shall not be moved.

Thy throne is established of old; Thou art from everlasting.

My throne is prepared from of old. You are from everlasting.

The floods have lifted up, O YHWH, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.

The rivers have lifted up, O Lord, the rivers have lifted up their voices,

The rivers are full flowing, O LORD; the rivers have lifted up their voice; the rivers are flowing with purity.

Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, YHWH on high is mighty.

at the voices of many waters: the billows of the sea are wonderful: the Lord is wonderful in high places.

The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

Thy testimonies are very sure, holiness becometh Thy house, O YHWH, for evermore.

Your testimonies have been made exceedingly trustworthy. Sanctity befits your house, O Lord, with length of days.
