These things I remember, and pour out my soul within me, how I passed on with the throng, and led them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, a multitude keeping holyday.

I remembered these things, and poured out my soul in me, for I will go to the place of thy wondrous tabernacle, even to the house of God, with a voice of exultation and thanksgiving and of the sound of those who keep festival.

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why moanest thou within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet praise Him for the salvation of His countenance.

Deep calleth unto deep at the voice of Thy cataracts; all Thy waves and Thy billows are gone over me.

By day YHWH will command His lovingkindness, and in the night His song shall be with me, even a prayer unto the God of my life.

By day the Lord will command his mercy, and manifest it by night: with me is prayer to the God of my life.

Ps41:8  In the daylight, the Lord has ordered his mercy; and in the night, a canticle to him. With me is a prayer to the God of my life.

10  As with a crushing in my bones, mine adversaries taunt me; while they say unto me all the day: 'Where is Thy God?'

10  While my bones were breaking, they that afflicted me reproached me; while they said to me daily, Where is thy God?

43:2  For Thou art the God of my strength; why hast Thou cast me off? Why go I mourning under the oppression of the enemy?

For thou, O God, art my strength: wherefore hast thou cast me off? and why do I go sad of countenance, while the enemy oppresses me?

For you are God, my strength. Why have you rejected me? And why do I walk in sadness, while the adversary afflicts me?

43:3  O send out Thy light and Thy truth; let them lead me; let them bring me unto Thy holy mountain, and to Thy dwelling-places.

Send forth thy light and thy truth: they have led me, and brought me to thy holy mountain, and to thy tabernacles.

Send forth your light and your truth. They have guided me and led me, to your holy mountain and into your tabernacles.

43:4  Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God, my exceeding joy; and praise Thee upon the harp, O God, my God.

And I will enter, up to the altar of God, to God who enlivens my youthfulness. To you, O God, my God, I will confess upon a stringed instrument.
