18 And the glory of YHWH went forth from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim.
18 Then the glory of the Lord departed from the house, and went up on the cherubs.
19 And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went forth, and the wheels beside them; and they stood at the door of the east gate of YHWH'S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.
21 Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
21 Each one had four faces, and each one had eight wings; and under their wings was the likeness of men’s hands.
22 And as for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they went every one straight forward.
22 And, concerning the appearance of their faces, these were the same faces that I had seen beside the river Chebar, and the gaze and force of each one of them was to go before his face.
